| Universal Health Care Group, a privately held managed care company, is in immediate need of a full time Provider Operations Representative to negotiate physician/provider contracts and provide ongoing education/service to the physician/provider network in assigned market areas. The Provider Operations Representative will be responsible for conducting quarterly audits to identify network gaps, determine ongoing network needs, and provide written provider goals; identifying opportunities for re-negotiation of contracts by line of business and provider category; and acting as liaison with physicians/providers to facilitate open communication. The Provider Operations Representative must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a managed care setting, health plan or large medical group administration. The candidate must also have exceptional customer service skills, ability to conduct presentations, and strong public speaking skills; have the ability to positively motivate and influence others; and have the ability and willingness to travel locally within assigned territory and to corporate office as needed. Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, required.
- 3-5 years experience in a managed care setting, health plan or large medical group administration, preferred.
- Valid Driver's License, reliable automobile and current insurance.

- Exceptional customer service skills, ability to conduct presentations, and strong public speaking skills.
- Highly self motivated, able to establish rapport and interact well with physicians and individuals on all levels.
