Regional Sales Representative - Las Vegas

We are seeking a qualified candidate to lead our sales efforts in selling software and hardware digital signage into the gaming industry in the western U.S.  We are expanding our sales footprint in this space. This sales position can reside in Las Vegas, NV. The sales territory will be multiple states in accordance with a predetermined sales coverage plan.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner that will uphold and enhance the reputation of the company both internally and externally of Symon Communications Inc.
  • Sell Symon LV products and services to gaming, hotel and hospitality industry.
  • Prospect, qualify and provide on-site, hands-on sales presentations and demos of products and services.
  • Generate accurate, professional quotations/proposals to prospects.
  • Promote upgrades and system enhancements to customers.
  • Develop existing clients for new areas of services and products.
  • Active involvement with other sales team members.
  • Support authorized Symon resellers and business partners.
  • Assist as needed in renewal of maintenance contracts and invoice collections.
  • Participate in company lead generation activities including trade shows and follow-up customer contacts. 
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Timely expense reports, sales planning reports and related paperwork. 
  • Multi-state travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in selling into hotels and hospitality industry. 
  • Previous sales and territory management responsibilities (3+ years).
  • Experience in our target markets (gaming, digital signage, employee communications, hotel and hospitality) is preferred.
  • Professional sales experience calling on Fortune 500 sized organizations.
  • Proven successful track record
  • Valid Drivers License.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
